Goodness from the Garden

Snake beans is a great fresh, crunchy and healthy Lao vege Enjoy them fresh from the climbing vine every time without cooking and plastic bag packaging.
Snake beans are commonly grown in Laos and we eat them fresh in salads or pop them into curry.
We picked our snake beans and gave them to our family visitors yesterday. They couldn’t believe how long they were. Big smiles all round.
