Ling is a passionate people and planet care person. Love is the main ingredient in her cooking and she creates tantalising south east asian and fusion dishes. She puts care into action through promoting healthy eating and living which looks after the planet and all its travellers.

Tom has a degree in sustainability and weaves a vision of Keeping the Planet Livable into practical ways of us being our own health experts and being able to deal with the unhealthy influence that we swim in around food and industrial living.

Make a day of it on your visit to Richmond

• Earthcare is a sustainability centre. You will be entranced by the beautiful sustainable mud brick, rammed earth and straw bale building. We will have a tour of the community garden.
• Visit the artists studio right next door. Six artists are in residence there.
• Just around the corner is the Secret Garden. Pick up some seedlings, pick oranges fresh of the tree for a bargain price, say gidday to the friendly chooks and ducks wandering around as well as the guinea pigs and pigs.
• You could even head up to the mountains to Bilpin to pick up apple pie or fresh veges.
