Crispy Soy Slice with lemongrass
Gather together
- 3 stalks of lemon grass – minced with knife
- ½ cup onions chopped finely
- 3 x cloves of garlic, crushed
- Pound lemon grass in mortar and pestle until fine, add onions and garlic and continued pounding until crushed
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 5 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tea spoon black pepper
- 4 table spoons of olive oil
- Lamyong Crispy Soy Slice 600g
Make it
- Combine all ingredients to crispy soy slices allow to marinate.
- Add 4 Tbsp olive oil and stir fry for about 15 minutes or BBQ or bake in the oven until golden brown
- Place on serving plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
