Crispy Soy Slice with lemongrass

Gather together

  • 3 stalks of lemon grass – minced with knife
  • ½ cup onions chopped finely
  • 3 x cloves of garlic, crushed
  • Pound lemon grass in mortar and pestle until fine, add onions and garlic and continued pounding until crushed
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 5 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper
  • 4 table spoons of olive oil
  • Lamyong Crispy Soy Slice 600g

Make it

  • Combine all ingredients to crispy soy slices allow to marinate.
  • Add 4 Tbsp olive oil and stir fry for about 15 minutes or BBQ or bake in the oven until golden brown
  • Place on serving plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
