Prepared as a tasty morsel for the High Tea Chan workshop. Taking High Tea in a cultural creative turn.
Ingredients
- 500g pack of certified organic Tofu
- 4 tablespoons Mushroom thick sauce
- 1 cup Parsley
- 15 large spring roll skins
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Method
- cut the tofu block into 15 slices from the end.
- marinate the slices in the mushroom sauce, with the parsley and pepper for 15 minutes.
- Separate the spring roll skins
- place the tofu onto the skin and wrap.
- Have a small bowl of water close by to wet the roll on the edge to stick them down.
- Heat the oil and pan fry the spring rolls until evenly golden brown.
