Golden Nut Roll

Prepared as a tasty morsel for the High Tea Chan workshop. Taking High Tea in a cultural creative turn.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of mixed nuts
  • 1/2 cup of goji berries
  • 15 spring roll skins
  • 1 teaspoon Lime juice
  • 1/3 cup of coconut palm sugar

Method

  • in a bowl mix the nuts and goji berries with the lime juice and sugar.
  • Separate the spring roll skins
  • Spoon the mixture on to the spring roll skins and roll.
  • Have a small bowl of water close by to wet the roll on the edge to stick them down.
  • Heat the oil and pan fry the spring rolls until evenly golden brown.
