Prepared as a tasty morsel for the High Tea Chan workshop. Taking High Tea in a cultural creative turn.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of mixed nuts
- 1/2 cup of goji berries
- 15 spring roll skins
- 1 teaspoon Lime juice
- 1/3 cup of coconut palm sugar
Method
- in a bowl mix the nuts and goji berries with the lime juice and sugar.
- Separate the spring roll skins
- Spoon the mixture on to the spring roll skins and roll.
- Have a small bowl of water close by to wet the roll on the edge to stick them down.
- Heat the oil and pan fry the spring rolls until evenly golden brown.
