Apple, Carrot  & Beetroot Salad

Gather together

  • 1/2 cup of Chia seeds
  • 800g of mulberry picked fresh
  • (You can use any seasonal fruit you like-honey melon)
  • 1/2 cup of organic raw sugar
  • ¼ hot water
  • 1 can of coconut cream
  • 1 tea spoon of salt

Make it

  • In a large pot, add coconut cream and sugar and salt, and bring to boil, cool the mixture in the fridge or a sink of cold water, (rinse the can with water and pour into the pot)
  • Add chia seeds to the coconut cream mixture and let it set for 10 mins
  • Add all the mulberry to the mixture
  • Serve
  • Can add ice in summer
