Happy Heart Tofu with greens and Herbs
Gather together
- Lamyong Tofu Yaki 1 pack
- Turmeric powder 1 Table spoons
- Curry powder 2 Table spoons
- Fennel seeds 2 Table spoons
- Salt 1 Table Spoons
- Oil 4 Table spoons
- Jam 2 Table spoons
- Fresh lemon or lime juice 1 large and juicy
- Fresh picked greens from garden 4 cups
- Onion 1
Make it
- Cut Tofu into bite size pieces
- Chop onion into small pieces
- Cut greens into bite size stripes
- In a pan or pot, add oil, onion and tofu to brown,
- Add all the herbs and salt, and fry for 3 mins
- Add jam and greens and fry for 1 mins
- Turn off heat and add lemon juice
- Serve with bread or rice
