.”I have never been a fan of exercise, but Tai Chi with Ling has completely changed my perspective. The slow, graceful movements have not only improved my physical health, but my mental health as well. I feel more relaxed and balanced both physically and emotionally. Ling is a fantastic teacher, and I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking to improve their overall wellbeing.” Jenny, Sydney“Before attending Ling’s Tai Chi workshop, I was experiencing a lot of stress and anxiety. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was desperate to try something new. Tai Chi with Ling has been a game-changer for me. The peaceful movements and focus on mindfulness have helped me to manage my stress and find inner peace. I feel so much more relaxed and energized after each class. Thank you, Ling! Grace, Sydney

I would like to say that I am really enjoying Tai Chi, I am very thankful that I have had the opportunity to begin to learn about this form of exercise.
I find it a little hard to explain exactly what it is that makes me feel so good when I do it, but I know that when ever I do have a session I am more relaxed less stressed and more positive about things.
I have also noticed that my world around me seems to look that bit better as well.
Mostly I feel that you’re positive, happy and gentle manner of instruction has been wonderful, and makes me look forward to coming back whenever I can for as long as I can. Paul, Sydney

Thank you for coming to the mountains to share some T’aichi and Chai. My class really loved coming together, some for the first time since March. Generally, most people enjoyed the movement best – they are students of t’aichi after all! students, so to be in the company of t’aichi friends, enjoying the movement were highly appreciated. People loved your easy manner and sense of humour – ‘Ling’s vibrant spirit brought with it, such a great energy’.

I feel privileged to have known you for more than a decade now, and feel a special connection with our shared love for T’aichi exercise, along with the understanding of its value in promoting wellbeing for body-mind & spirit. I value the cultural authenticity you bring to the practice, and the insights that you have as a consequence. Virginia, Katoomba
