Health and Happy Heart Mulberry crumble
Gather together
- 800g of mulberry
- Coconut sugar 1/2 cup
- 1 and 1/2 cups wholemeal self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1 Table spoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 cup roll oak
- 2 delicious red Apple
Make it
- Preheat oven to 200c
- Grate the apple and mix with sugar
- Lay mulberries evenly on tray and sprinkle the apple onto the berries
- In a large bowl, Mix all the dry ingredients well
- Rub the oil in if the oil is set hard or pour it into the mixture if the oil is runny
- Mix well in and spread over the mulberry evenly
- Send for oven and bake for 45 mins
- Enjoy!
