Health and Happy Heart Salad
Gather together
- 1/2 kg carrots (shredded)
- 2 cup of fresh tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 handful of permilla mint or any mint (chopped)
- 1 pack of Lamyong Soy Nugget (600g)-cook as instruction on the pack or put in the oven to bake for 25 mins or BBQ
- Dressing
- 2 Table spoons of raw sugar
- 1 table spoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon chilli or 1 chilli finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon.
Make it
- In a large salad bowl, Combine all ingredients
- In a small bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients well
- Pour the dressing over salad and use your hand to nicely combine all ingredients
- Arrange the soy nuggets in the middle of a large dish and serve the salad around it
