Health and Happy Heart Salad

Gather together

  • 1/2 kg carrots (shredded)
  • 2 cup of fresh tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 handful of permilla mint or any mint (chopped)
  • 1 pack of Lamyong Soy Nugget (600g)-cook as instruction on the pack or put in the oven to bake for 25 mins or BBQ
  • Dressing
  • 2 Table spoons of raw sugar
  • 1 table spoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon chilli or 1 chilli finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon.

Make it

  • In a large salad bowl, Combine all ingredients
  • In a small bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients well
  • Pour the dressing over salad and use your hand to nicely combine all ingredients
  • Arrange the soy nuggets in the middle of a large dish and serve the salad around it
