Korean King Mushroom Salad
Gather together
- Korean King mushroom 1 pack
- Lemon or lime juice 1/2 lemon
- Pink salt 1/12 tea Sp
- Mixed nut spread 2 T sp
- chilli powder 1/2 t Sp
- Coriander or Perrilla 5 Table spoons
Make it
- Washed mushroom over the tap and cut off the root
- Slice the mushroom into thin stripes
- In a pot with mushroom and salt, and cover, soften the mushroom or bring to boil and take of heat
- Add the demanding ingredients into the pot and mix well
- serve with fresh herbs of your choice
