Korean King Mushroom Salad

Gather together

  • Korean King mushroom        1 pack
    • Lemon or lime juice      1/2 lemon
    • Pink salt                          1/12 tea Sp 
    •   Mixed nut spread         2 T sp
    •  chilli powder                   1/2 t Sp
    • Coriander or Perrilla ​       5 Table spoons

Make it

  • Washed mushroom over the tap and cut off the root
  • Slice the mushroom into thin stripes
  • In a pot with mushroom and salt, and cover, soften the mushroom or bring to boil and take of heat
  • Add the demanding ingredients into the pot and mix well
  • serve with fresh herbs of your choice
