Ling’s chai tea – Health and Happy Heart

Ling’s Chai Tea

Gather together

  • To make 9 cups of Chai
  • Soy/almond milk 1 litre
  • Water 1 litre
  • Honey to taste
  • Green Cardamoms seeds 3 table spoon
  • Ginger fresh 3 thumb size piece
  • Roasted Dandelions roots 5 table spoon
  • Sage fresh from garden 5 twigs
  • Rosemary 4 twigs
  • Fresh turmeric 2 thumb size piece or powder 1 table spoon

Make it

  • Wash all the leafy fresh ingredients and put into a pot
  • Add water to pot
  • Crush all seeds and ginger and turmeric and add to pot
  • All Ingredients add to pot, except milk
  • Bring to boil and simmer for a minute
  • Add soy milk
  • Turn up heat and bring that to boil and turn off straight away to avoid over flow
  • Drain and enjoy fully with or without honey
