Ling’s Chai Tea
Gather together
- To make 9 cups of Chai
- Soy/almond milk 1 litre
- Water 1 litre
- Honey to taste
- Green Cardamoms seeds 3 table spoon
- Ginger fresh 3 thumb size piece
- Roasted Dandelions roots 5 table spoon
- Sage fresh from garden 5 twigs
- Rosemary 4 twigs
- Fresh turmeric 2 thumb size piece or powder 1 table spoon
Make it
- Wash all the leafy fresh ingredients and put into a pot
- Add water to pot
- Crush all seeds and ginger and turmeric and add to pot
- All Ingredients add to pot, except milk
- Bring to boil and simmer for a minute
- Add soy milk
- Turn up heat and bring that to boil and turn off straight away to avoid over flow
- Drain and enjoy fully with or without honey
