- Mulberries
- Oranges
- Honey
- A lemon
Method
- Peel the oranges and cut into bite sized segments.
- Give the mulberries a wash.
- A just juice from half a lemon (for one kilogram of mulberries)
- grate the lemon to make 1 dessert spoon of zest.
- Gently mix the mulberries, oranges, honey, lemon juice and zest
