Shiitake Mushroom rice
Gather together
- 1 cup dried Shiitake mushrooms, soaked and sliced
- 4 Tbsp spoon olive oil
- 3 cups of rice, Washed
- 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 table spoon of vegetarian thick soy sauce
- 2 table spoons of fresh and finely sliced ginger
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 3 cups of water
- 1/2 cup Roast sesame seeds
Make it
- Cut beetroot and carrot into bite size and steam them for 5-8 mins
- Cut apple into bite size
- Finely slice onion and parsley
- In a large salad bowl, Add lemon juice, chilli, and salt and all the ingredients, and mix them well dressed
