Mushroom rice – Health and Happy Heart

Shiitake Mushroom rice

Gather together

  • 1 cup dried Shiitake mushrooms, soaked and sliced
  • 4 Tbsp spoon olive oil
  • 3 cups of rice, Washed
  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 table spoon of vegetarian thick soy sauce
  • 2 table spoons of fresh and finely sliced ginger
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup Roast sesame seeds

Make it

  • Cut beetroot and carrot into bite size and steam them for 5-8 mins
  • Cut apple into bite size
  • Finely slice onion and parsley
  • In a large salad bowl, Add lemon juice, chilli, and salt and all the ingredients, and mix them well dressed
