Nutritarian lentil and beans

Gather together

  • 1 cup of dried red lentil
  • 1 cup of fresh board bean
  • 3 cups of fresh spinach
  • 3 red onions
  • 3 T sp of oil
  • 1 T sp salt
  • 2 T sp funnel seeds
  • 1 Tsp vegetarian laksa paste
  • 1/2 cup Parsley
  • 1 cup of coconut cream 

Make it

  • Washed and soaked lentil 30 mins or more before used
  • Chopped onion, and add to the pot
  • Chop spinach and parsley 
  • Shelled board beans
  • Add oil to the pot with onion and funnel seeds and stir for 1 min
  • Add salt and laksa paste to pot and stir for another 1 mins
  • Add lentil and simmer it until soft or 10 mins( add coconut cream slowly to stop the lentil stick or burn to the bottom of the pot)
  • Add board bean, parsley and spinach and the less of the coconut cream into the pot and bring to boil with lid on
  • Turn off heat and serve with rice or bread
