Nutritarian lentil and beans
Gather together
- 1 cup of dried red lentil
- 1 cup of fresh board bean
- 3 cups of fresh spinach
- 3 red onions
- 3 T sp of oil
- 1 T sp salt
- 2 T sp funnel seeds
- 1 Tsp vegetarian laksa paste
- 1/2 cup Parsley
- 1 cup of coconut cream
Make it
- Washed and soaked lentil 30 mins or more before used
- Chopped onion, and add to the pot
- Chop spinach and parsley
- Shelled board beans
- Add oil to the pot with onion and funnel seeds and stir for 1 min
- Add salt and laksa paste to pot and stir for another 1 mins
- Add lentil and simmer it until soft or 10 mins( add coconut cream slowly to stop the lentil stick or burn to the bottom of the pot)
- Add board bean, parsley and spinach and the less of the coconut cream into the pot and bring to boil with lid on
- Turn off heat and serve with rice or bread
