Scrambled tofu – Health and Happy Heart

Scrambled  tofu

Gather together

  • Medium firm tofu. 200g for two people
  • Turmeric powder. I heaped tea spoon, gives a yellow colour
  • Curry powder. I heaped tea spoon
  • Onion
  • Soy Sauce. I tablespoon
  • Pepper. 1⁄2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil for frying
  • Greens. For taste and colours-Choose something like Parsley

For the side dish

  • Spinach
  • Green perilla
  • Rocket
  • Mushrooms
  • Tomatoes
  • Lemon juice
  • 1/3 tea spoon salt

Make it

  • In a flat pan add some oil
  • Add the tofu and break it up with a spatula
  • Add the turmeric, curry powder, soy sauce and pepper
  • Add the chopped parsley
  • Serve the tofu which the water drain from the serving spatula
  • Use the same pan to stir fry the side dish, add lemon juice and salt
  • Add toast as desired
