Taichi online classes

Hi, I’m Ling

Taichi is very special. It gives my students and myself many helpful benefits. I live in Sydney and have done so for 35 years. Originally I came from Laos. My journey to Australia was via a three year stay in a refugee camp in Thailand. As the web site name says, I am focused on health, and happiness of the heart. To fulfil this dream, I teach taichi, teach cooking and teach traditional crafts.

Taichi online

Thanks to covid we are now used to gathering online. My students find that doing taichi with zoom works. We communicate, we share, we fine tune the moves and have a heap of fun.

There are 3 online session times each week.

  • Mondays 8:15am-9am and
  • Mondays 12:00 midday-12:45pm. And,
  • Wednesday 8:15am-9:00am.

The classes are $150 for 10 sessions. You choose which sessions to attend. A 30 day money back guarantee is offered so you can try out the sessions.

“Ling is a deeply sincere and big hearted teacher who shares her passion for Tai Chi. She goes above and beyond to encourage her students and offers a deeply grounding and gentle form of ‘mind-body’ exercise suitable for seniors and the more agile alike. ”

“Thanks Ling,

This first exposure to Taichi is WONDERFUL….as a person who has tried her hand at yoga in India and gyms all over the world… I have finally found a “destressing and healing” art I like. Finally a sport that’s me and I can relate to.

I didn’t realise breathing is beyond the exchange of oxygen and Co2. Though it is very difficult to master the REAL Meaning of breathing……It’s the best part of your class.

There’s a lot of mindfulness involved in Taichi….So all over the world, one realises these mental wellbeing concepts are the same and timeless. Be it taichi and Yin and Yang philosophy.

A wonderful practice that helps one appreciate and savour every sip of coffee one drinks.

I tend to develop knots in my shoulder muscles when I am stressed-your very first session has un-knotted them; better than any steroid injection.”
