Fantastic Friendship Flavour Cooking Classes

I have been loving doing cooking classes of all sorts, finding beautiful new friends who are extending their food preparation expertise.

Check the calendar schedule by clicking here.

They are always vegetarian classes but often people come along who are not. I feel so happy when people get to know that the art of vegetarian living is right there in their lap. To their delight, they create the filling, delicious, wholesome, healthy and loving dishes that their families can share.

Classes at home – Invite a few friends , invite me, invite a gaggle of healthy ingredients and you’ve invited a fun learning experience.

Classes at Earthcare – The sustainability and community garden centre at the UWS Richmond has been a joyful home to monthly cooking classes for the last year. We have developed a lovely community atmosphere with these hands on workshops; with people coming  on a regular basis.

Classes at Parramatta – Hosted by ARRCC and held at Parramatta Mission!

Classes at Merrylands – The council library organised these classes and a whole lot of locals turned up. Different ages, different cultures enjoying food preparation harmony. I got to help Mums whose daughters suddenly became vegetarians.

I would like to attend the “Noodle for Life” class on Saturday 19th May. Are there places available?
