Choko Vine Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Young and fresh choko vine tips
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of laksa sauce
  • 4 cloves of garlic crushed

Method:

  • Remove the larger furry leaves from the choko vine
  • Heat oil in a pot on high heat
  • Add choko vine and garlic into pot
  • Stir in and close lid for 4 mins
  • Add sauces and stir in and bring it to boil
  • Turn off heat
  • Serve hot: Enjoy. Yum!

 Ginger seaweed soy fish in black bean sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack soy fish 600 g defrosted
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 200 g young ginger finely sliced with the skin
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of black bean sauce
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 chilli optional

Method:

  • Grill or bake soy fish until crispy
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add ginger, chili and garlic cook until browned
  • Add sauces and water then stir in. Leave to simmer for 2-4 mins
  • Add soy fish and stir in
  • Ready to serve

Soy Ham In Tamarind Sauce With Stir Fry Noodles

 

Ingredients:

 

  • Noodles 1 pack
  • Water for cooking the noodles
  • Water 2 cups
  • Onion 3 finely chopped
  • Garlic clove 3 crushed
  • Tamarind sauce/water 1 cup
  • Soy sauce 5 tablespoons
  • Black pepper ½ tablespoon
  • 1/2 cup soy ham finely chopped
  • Organic brown sugar 3 tablespoons
  • Oil 4 tablespoons

Method:

  • Heat oil garlic and onion in a pot until brown
  • Add soy ham and stir in for 5 mins
  • Add sauces, pepper and sugar And 2 cup of water
  • Simmer for 15 mins
  • Add cooked noodle, stir in and turn off heat
  • Yum
